Dismissal plays into themes of childhood memories and nightmares, distorting the thin line between reality and dream. The classic horror atmosphere, with a maze of hallways and rooms, as well as a sketchy scribbly 2d environment, forces the player between worlds, keeping them on edge. You may find some strange discrepancy between the two worlds, forcing you into this surreal state of confusion within this subliminal environment.
